Since we are a digital marketplace and we cannot know whether the subscribed user has accessed the digital assets or not, it is not possible for us to provide any full or partial refunds.
After subscription expires, all download links will be locked again. However, you are allowed to use the assets for a lifetime that you have already downloaded (even if you are no longer a subscriber).
